Billing and Fees

Frequency & Method of Payments

 

Annual HOA dues are collected in January each year.

Water and trash utilities are billed quarterly by the HOA. 

If you would prefer to pay by debit or credit card, please email aspenmesaestates@gmail.com to request an electronic payment link.  Your account will be charged an additional 2.99% fee for this service.  If you like to set up automatic credit or debit card payments, the fee is 3.55%.

Trash & Recycling

 

Our HOA is served by Valley Waste Solutions with weekly curbside pickup on Monday mornings, except major holidays.

If the normal pickup day falls on a major holiday, including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Christmas Day, pickup will shift to Tuesday.

Extra or bulk items left for pickup will be billed directly by Valley Waste Solutions.

Water Pricing

 

Base rate is $60 for 22,500 gallons quarterly. Most households stay within the base allowance even in the summer.

 

Thereafter, water utilization will be charged at increasing tier rates per 1,000 gallons. 

 

Additional 5,000 gallons (22,501 - 27,500 gallons):           $2.20 additional per 1,000 gallons

Additional 5,000 gallons (27,501 - 32,500 gallons):           $2.40 additional per 1,000 gallons

Additional 5,000 gallons (32,501 - 37,500 gallons):           $3.20 additional per 1,000 gallons

Additional 12,500 gallons (37,501 - 49,500 gallons):           $3.60 additional per 1,000 gallons

Additional 25,000 gallons (49,501 - 74,500 gallons):           $7.00 additional per 1,000 gallons

Additional 25,000 gallons (74,501 - 99,500 gallons):           $15.00 additional per 1,000 gallons

Anything beyond:        $20.00 additional per 1,000 gallons

Backflow Device Inspection Requirements

 

Backflow devices must be inspected annually per state regulation. We provide a 4-month range during which to complete the inspections every year: April - July. 

The annual inspection cost is included in your dues; there is no out of pocket expense required at the time of inspection.

Because properly working backflow devices are so essential to the health of our shared water, we assess a $100 non-refundable late fee each month the inspection is outstanding if not completed by July.
