HOA Business

A volunteer Board of Directors oversees the governance and day-to-day operations of the 109 - home homeowners association.  The Board is responsible for managing essential community services, including waste management and regular water testing, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.  It also administers the architectural and design review process to maintain community aesthetics and property values, while acting in the best interests of the homeowners through policy setting, oversight, and fiscal stewardship.
