Board Meeting Minutes

Board meetings occur every ~ 6 weeks. Meeting minutes for the rolling year will be maintained online. Older minutes remain part of the HOA permanent record and copies are available upon request. 

Aspen Mesa Estates holds an annual in-person meeting every February at the Eagle County El Jebel Community Center. Attendance qualifies you for an HOA dues raffle.

Please ensure the HOA also has your current email address for pertinent and timely communications outside of meetings.
